But, I take a different stand on this and would like to mention based on my experience of 20 years  that Ketu has an ability to bring sudden money and wealth to the person. My personal experience while handling cases is that people with malefic Ketu and during its Dasha may also face illusions and may have unusual experiences, but there is nothing to worry about it as the seven year Ketu Dasha gets over, such experiences ends and person may be happy in life. Ketu is a tail and shadow kind hence, it benefits and harms but both occurs indirectly.

Please note that Ketu is a planet which supports solitude, spirituality, to be grounded and low profile. It teaches to surrender completely and surrendering during this period really helps a lot. Prayers, meditation etc are helpful in making Ketu favorable. This is why Ketu importance cannot be negated.
